Since we’re out of town, she not only sends us weekly emails with updates on what’s going on, but also lots of videos. This has been really exciting since we feel we can be part of the process even if we physically can’t be there. Having had several bad experiences in the past, it was such a breath of fresh air not to have to worry about every little thing and know that Laura would be there for us every step of the way…
